IT magazines

My trademark quality as editor is to produce highly valued, independently-voiced editorial within a commercial framework. Invariably, the editor’s role has involved:

  • Devising the editorial strategy
  • Running the editorial process from commissioning to publication
  • Recruiting and managing editorial and project teams
  • Evangelising for the title at events and within the industry

BackOffice Magazine

Launched and edited the title in the UK as the only dedicated source for technical and strategic information on Windows NT-based computing.

One of several IT-related titles (and associated supplements, show guides, product guides and directories) for which I commissioned and managed the content, design and production.

Other IT titles edited:

NT Channel magazine
Open Computing
Visual Basic Magazine
DBMS
Editor – IPTC Publications
